To further promote academic exchanges and development in the field of cellular pathology and quickly enhance the journal’s impact, CytoJournal is recruiting the first batch of Young Editorial Board Members globally.
To further promote academic exchanges and development in the field of cellular pathology and quickly enhance the journal’s impact, CytoJournal is recruiting the first batch of Young Editorial Board Members globally.
Recruitment Requirements:
- A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Cellular Pathology, Molecular Pathology, Oncology, or related fields obtained within the last 10 years, with continuous research engagement in relevant areas.
- Published at least 3 research papers as the first author or corresponding author in pathology or related journals within the last 3 years.
- Strong academic integrity, a high sense of responsibility, passion for publishing, and willingness to undertake tasks such as manuscript submission, peer review coordination, and journal promotion.
- Enthusiasm for academic service, with good academic judgment and communication skills.
Academic Rights for Young Editorial Board Members:
- Enhanced Academic Influence: An official Young Editorial Board Member certificate will be awarded.
- Submission Discount: Special discounts for submitting articles to the journal.
- Academic Exchange: Interaction with outstanding scholars in the field, participation in academic conferences, and special topic planning organized by the journal.
- Annual Recognition: Outstanding Young Editorial Board Members will be selected annually and awarded a certificate of honor and academic rewards. Exceptional members will be considered for promotion to regular Editorial Board positions. Academic rewards will also be granted at the end of the year.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the initial manuscript screening and complete at least 6 peer reviews per year.
- Assist in soliciting and organizing manuscripts, develop cutting-edge topic calls for papers, and promote the journal’s academic content.
- Actively promote the journal during academic conferences or other academic events; cooperate in promoting the journal on social media.
- Actively participate in meetings of the Young Editorial Board and related academic activities organized or co-organized by the journal.
Term Management:
The initial term for Young Editorial Board Members is 1 year (with the possibility of extension under reasonable circumstances). Members will be managed dynamically by the Editorial Board and Editorial Department, and will be evaluated annually. Members who pass the evaluation will be eligible for renewal.
